Saffron is never harvested by machine or ground in bulk. Every single 1.00 g ZAFORA flacon is hand-procured from ~150 autumn purple Crocus sativus blossoms plucked at 05:30 IST dawn—retaining strictly the three ruby-crimson stigma tips (Mongra Kong) from each flower and zero yellow stem weight.
